In order to participate in any activity at Hi-NRG Gymnastix, registration materials and waivers must be signed by a parent or a legal guardian. For your convenience, registration materials, waivers, and birthday party waivers are downloadable from home and are also available at Hi-NRG Gymnastix.
If you prefer to fill out the paperwork at home to save time, please: 1) Print the documents that apply to you 2) Completely fill out the documents 3) Hand the documents to a coach the next time you are at Hi-NRG Gymnastix.
Registration Materials and Waivers Registration materials and waivers are for all gym classes, including adult classes, tumbling classes, progressive classes, and the tiny tot program.
Guest waivers are for all non-members attending a Birthday Party, Mother's Day Out, or the Bounce, Flip and Fly program at Hi-NRG Gymnastix. If a guest has current paperwork already on file with Hi-NRG Gymnastix, then he/she does not need a guest waiver signed. All other guests must have a guest waiver signed by a parent.
