Hi-NRG has a girls competition team levels 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. The athletes compete in St. Louis and around the region: Kansas City, Springfield, Chicago and Indianapolis. As with all the HiNRG programs, team is designed to build life skills such as how to set and systematically achieve goals, cultivate composure and courage, how to "rise to the occasion" and perseverance. The gymnasts learn how important self-talk and visualization are to the achievement process and build confidence through daily success.
