Hi-NRG has a competition team consisting of 30 girls. Our team competes in Levels 5, 6, 7, and 8. The girls compete in approximately seven meets a year, three of which are out of town. Hi-NRG also participates in the Chicago Style Meet, which is the largest women's gymnastics meet in the world. We invite you to attend one of our scheduled meets and cheer for team Hi-NRG!
