Our exciting afterschool classes for boys are designed to build extreme agility, strength, flexibility and they are FUN!

We teach the dynamic, high-energy skills that are sure to excite your

We teach walk-overs, running cartwheels and round-offs as well as rotation drills on trampoline. We also begin front flips and expose the athletes to the fundamentals of back handsprings.

We increase the athlete's fitness, coordination and agility, thus creating a better tumbler/athlete
The Goal: build confidence by increasing the athlete's skill level and prepare them for the ADVANCED CLASS. Sign up in the Tumble Notebook located on top of cubbies.
To be invited to this program, the athlete must be able to do a standing back handspring on a trampoline. In this program, we will put the skills together and teach round-off back handsprings. Also, we introduce back flips and tumble out of front flips.
The Goal: to add power and speed to existing skills and create new tumbling passes by connecting 2, 3 or 4 skills. Sign up in the Tumble Notebook located on top of cubbies.
