This is an opportunity for your child(ren) to enjoy an activity-filled day while Mom treats herself to a lunch with the girls or a day at the spa.
We will stretch as a group, bounce on trampolines (we have a 62 ft. long tumble track J), swing on rope and run obstacle courses. The Hi-NRG coaches will deliver a fun, safe experience!
When: Fridays 12:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Ages: 4 and up; all participants must be potty trained, thank you.

-These are the comments we get from the kids after this event. Children thrive when they are engaged and appreciated by healthy, happy adults.
We watch your children…and wear them out…while you enjoy a NIGHT OUT.
•Cost: $20 per member, $20 per guest, $15 per sibling Please pay by checks only. Thank you.
•Policies: ·All participants must be at least 5 years of age, ·All participants must present a current permission form signed by a parent before they will be allowed to participate. ·Please insure your child has been fed before the event. We will offer a snack at 8:30 consisting of grapes or carrots.
•Days and Times: We host the Hi-NRG Bring a Friend Night one Saturday per month. The event is 3 hours from 7:00 – 10:00 p.m. Limited space is available.
