Sit back, relax and enjoy the party. With our animated coaches and enthusiastic staff we handle everything from set-up to clean up with lots of fun in between. Hi-NRG provides a happy, healthy, unforgettable experience for your birthday child!
Come check out our Hi-NRG birthday party! The party is 90 minutes: 1 hour of gym time and 30 minutes for cake and presents. The first 20 minutes of gym time is a fun filled mini-class. Each child will explore certain gymnastics skills and other creative forms of healthy movement. We cartwheel, roll and blaze through the gym learning proper use of the equipment and fun activities. The remaining 40 minutes will be supervised open gym, giving the children an opportunity to discover tunnels in our multi-level fort, swing on the rope and play on the equipment.

Parties Include: ~Invitations and Thank You Notes which are downloadable from the buttons below ~Basic paper products (plates, cups, spoons, napkins) ~1 hour total gym time (instructional class & open gym) ~30 minutes party time ~A special gift for the birthday child
Days and Times: We host our Birthday Parties on Sundays at 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. at both locations. Limited space is available.
Cost: $220 for up to 12 guests $250 for up to 24 guests A $75 non-refundable deposit is required
Policies: All guests must have a current parent-signed permission form. Come dressed to play!
