Sit back, relax and enjoy the party. Our animated, well-trained coaches will handle everything from set up to clean up with lots of fun in between. Hi-NRG provides a happy, healthy, unforgettable experience for your birthday child!
Check out our high energy birthday party! The party is 90 minutes, 70 minutes of gym time and 20 minutes for cake and presents. The first 30-35 minutes of gym time is a fun mini-class. We introduce the children to all the events and make certain that every child learns something new. The children will explore fun, safe gymnastics skills and other creative forms of healthy movement. The remaining gym time will be supervised open gym, giving the children an opportunity to discover tunnels in our multi-level fort, swing on the rope and play on the equipment.

Parties Include: ~Basic paper products (plates, cups, napkins) and forks ~A gymnastics medal for the birthday child ~A ton of fun!
Days and Times: Saturdays and Sundays 1:00-2:30 or 4:00-5:30
Cost: $225 for up to 12 guests $250 for up to 24 guests A $75 non-refundable deposit is required
Policies: All guests must have a current parent-signed permission form. Come dressed to play!
